F2G Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the F2G online store and any orders placed through it.
By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility and Customer Information
You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including:
• Your full name.
• A valid and reachable phone number.
• Your governorate and area.
• A complete delivery address.
• The correct products, sizes, colors, and quantities.
F2G is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable customer information.
3. Products
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, sizes, materials, and images accurately.
However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on the customer’s screen, lighting conditions, or photography.
Customers should review the product description and size guide before completing an order.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are in Egyptian Pounds unless stated otherwise.
The final amount payable is shown during checkout and may include:
• Product prices.
• Applicable discounts.
• Shipping charges, if any.
F2G may update prices and offers at any time. Any change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.
5. Offers and Discounts
Offers are subject to their displayed conditions, availability, and validity period.
Quantity offers currently include:
• 2 items for EGP 799.
• 3 items for EGP 1,149.
• 4 items for EGP 1,499.
Eligible discounts and free shipping offers are applied automatically where stated.
Discounts cannot be combined unless the website or checkout explicitly confirms that combination.
6. Placing and Confirming Orders
Submitting an order through the website does not mean that the order has been finally accepted.
F2G may contact the customer by phone to confirm:
• Customer information.
• Delivery address.
• Selected products and sizes.
• Final order amount.
An order is considered confirmed after successful customer confirmation and availability review.
No order will be shipped before confirmation.
7. Unconfirmed Orders
If the customer does not answer the confirmation call, F2G may attempt to contact the customer at different times over a period of up to 3 days.
If the order cannot be confirmed during this period, F2G may cancel it automatically without shipping.
8. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product and size availability.
If an ordered item becomes unavailable, F2G will contact the customer to offer an available alternative, modify the order, or cancel the unavailable item.
9. Payment
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders within Egypt.
The customer must pay the final order total shown at checkout or confirmed by F2G.
The final amount may include shipping charges, unless the order qualifies for free shipping under an active offer.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are explained in our Shipping Policy and displayed during checkout.
Delivery estimates may be affected by:
• Public holidays.
• High order volumes.
• Weather conditions.
• Courier delays.
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Failure to reach the customer.
Customers should keep their registered phone number available for order confirmation and courier communication.
11. Inspection on Delivery
Where courier procedures allow inspection at delivery, the customer should check that the received package and item match the confirmed order.
Inspection does not include wearing, washing, removing tags, or using the item.
12. Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled according to the F2G Return and Refund Policy and applicable Egyptian consumer protection laws.
Customers should contact F2G within the relevant period and preserve the product in its original condition.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by Egyptian law.
13. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before the order is shipped by contacting F2G Customer Service.
Once the order has been handed to the courier, cancellation may be subject to the applicable delivery and return procedures.
F2G may cancel an order where:
• The order cannot be confirmed.
• Customer information is incomplete or incorrect.
• The product is unavailable.
• The order appears fraudulent or abusive.
• A technical or pricing error has occurred.
The customer will be informed where reasonably possible.
14. Website Use
You must not use the website to:
• Submit false or fraudulent orders.
• Attempt to interfere with the website or checkout.
• Use another person’s information without permission.
• Copy or misuse F2G content, branding, images, or designs.
• Carry out any unlawful activity.
F2G may restrict access or cancel orders connected to misuse or suspected fraud.
15. Intellectual Property
All F2G names, logos, product images, designs, website content, and brand materials are owned by or licensed to F2G.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.
16. Third-Party Services
The store may use third-party services such as Shopify, courier companies, analytics providers, and advertising platforms.
Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
17. Limitation of Responsibility
F2G is responsible for fulfilling confirmed orders in accordance with applicable law and the policies published on the website.
F2G is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in this section excludes any liability or customer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Customer information is collected and processed according to the F2G Privacy Policy.
